
Kim Jeremic
As Chief Operating Officer at ABLE, Kim leads all aspects of the organization including design, manufacturing, wholesale, online and retail stores and marketing in the United States. Manufacturing is done on site in Nashville in their jewelry studio and internationally in Ethiopia, Brazil, India, and Mexico. Able is an ethical fashion brand that employs and empowers women and is a company of 96% women.
A highly sought leader in the retail industry, Kim enjoys ongoing educational activity with Presidents’ Week at the Harvard School of Business and has since graduated and is now a Harvard Alumni, the Executive Finance Program at Queen’s University, and several other executive leadership and coaching programs. Her approach and passion to enhance educational opportunities is innately aligned to board commitments. Kim firmly believes in giving back and generously provides mentorship to organizations focused on women and children, having previously served on the National Committee for the Canadian Women’s Foundation and Girls Fund supporting economic development in Canada. She is a current member of the Executive Committee for Young Presidents’ Organization (Winnipeg chapter), led the Winnipeg Circle for Lean In (a global women’s career mentorship and leadership development initiative), and Chaired the local Next Gen YPO/WPO young adult program.
