Brian Moynihan, Chair & Chief Executive Officer of Bank of America, leads a team of ~215,000 employees who deliver the company’s unique capabilities to clients in 35 countries. In the U.S., the company serves 68 million consumer and small business clients. His leadership transformed the company through a focus on delivering Responsible Growth for clients, teammates, communities and shareholders. Bank of America was recently named World’s Best Bank by Euromoney for the second time in five years, as well as America’s Most JUST Company and one of the Top 4 Companies for Women by JUST Capital, and to Forbes magazine’s list of the World’s Top Female-Friendly Companies.
Brian is chair of the company’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Council and the World Economic Forum’s International Business Council Stakeholder Capitalism Metrics Initiative, co-chair of the Steering Committee of the Council for Inclusive Capitalism and a member of the Catalyst Board of Directors.
