Geena Mayback is a Managing Director and the New York Tri-State Division Executive for Bank of America Private Bank. Geena leads a high-performing team of more than 500 Client teams and Associates who work in concert to deliver deeply customized wealth strategy, advice, and service to an accomplished clientele. She helps to ensure that the firm’s private and institutional clients receive the highest caliber of integrated investment and wealth management, drawing on an expansive suite of capabilities, enterprise wide. Geena’s areas of focus include communicating the strategic priorities of the Market; attracting and developing premier advisory talent; identifying opportunities to deepen client engagement; connecting her team to the resources and technology that can help them thrive in their roles; and collaborating with senior leaders to support and sustain a culture of excellence. Her background in banking, investing, and wealth transfer intensifies Geena’s ability to streamline decision making and promote effective collaboration. Since joining the firm in 2007, Geena has taken on increasing leadership responsibilities. Most recently, she was the Division Performance Executive for the New York Tri-State region. Her tenures also include Market Executive for St. Louis and Kansas City, Client Business Management Executive for the Central North Division, and Division Sales Executive for the West. Her penchant for quickly adapting and contributing to new environments has a lowed her to assume leadership roles spanning ten states. She has more than thirty years of financial services experience. Geena serves on the Central Park Conservancy’s Business Leadership Council in New York City. She is also the Executive Advisor to the Hispanic/Latino Organization for Leadership & Advancement, an Executive for the New York City Hispanic and Latino Business Council, and Chair of the Private Bank Hispanic Executive Council. Geena resides in Manhattan with her family.
