Joanie Bily is a Division President at Employbridge, the largest industrial staffing company in the U.S. In this executive leadership role, she leads the commercial staffing division for the Southeast and the national professional staffing division, which includes the contact center solutions business, direct hire services and the office practice.

Joanie is recognized as a prominent authority on labor market data, workplace trends, and expert career advice. She is a frequent keynote speaker and appears regularly on national broadcast networks and major publications. She has a passion for helping others achieve their personal and professional aspirations and she brings a demonstrated track record of leading talent to exceptional outcomes. Joanie is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience, including executive roles with two of the world’s largest employment firms. 

She is the author of Dive In D.E.E.P.: Strategies to Advance Your Career, Find Balance, and Live Your Best Life (Amazon, 2023). She is a contributing author to the book, Together We Rise, which highlights stories of 15 inspiring women pursuing their goals, building confidence, and overcoming adversity. Joanie also hosts the Spotify podcast, Employment Insights, by the Duchess of Labor.

Joanie has served as on the Board of Directors of the American Staffing Association (ASA) for the past five years and is the current Chair of the Board for the 2024 year. She has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Staffing Executives in North America in 2023, one of the  “Most Powerful Women in Staffing” by Staffing Industry Analysts for seven consecutive years (2016-2023), and was the recipient of the World Staffing Summit Award in 2021.

As an employment industry expert, Joanie is often called upon to discuss the job market, careers, and workplace trends as well as talent supply and demand cycles that impact U.S. employers. She is a regular guest on the Fox Business Network, including Maria Bartiromo’s “Mornings with Maria” program, sharing insights each month on the national monthly employment trends.
