Nathan has been with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for eight years in April 2024. He began his tenure at TCS specifically in compensation, before moving to the culture & diversity team in his current role as a Diversity Programs Engagement Specialist. Prior to joining TCS, Nathan spent over ten years advancing his career in HR serving in various HRIS and compensation roles predominantly in the non-profit sector. Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan by a strong and loving mother, Nathan learned early on, the importance of perseverance and being of service to others. He went on to graduate from Alabama A&M University, before moving to Washington, DC where he met his wife Zula. They have been married for 15 years as of July, and reside in the Dallas, Texas area raising their three daughters, Natalya (13), Mila (10), and Sierra (6).
