Elena Arecco Bridmon

Elena co-founded LUMO to help working parents create the lives they want with thought and intention — and to help the organizations who employ them reach this goal. She is skilled in building effective teams, operations management, cross-functional team and program management, and strategic planning. She honed and refined her leadership skills as a program coach and trainer for Accomplishment Coaching in Washington, DC.

Prior to LUMO, Elena has over 20 years of professional experience working in companies large and small, including 15 years at Bank of America, where she saw firsthand that happy and engaged employees are productive employees. Elena has deep experience developing both people and processes, serving in key positions across categories including staffing, program management, compensation, governance, and leadership development. As an internal coach for Bank of America, Elena honed her coaching skills, working with executives and mid-level leaders. She also served as the co-chair of the women’s employee resource group, where she was responsible for the personal and professional development of its 5,000+ members.

Elena’s commitment to mentorship, women’s empowerment, and personal and professional development runs deep. She’s studied internationally in the U.K., Mexico, and Peru, helping her establish a global mindset in her work. She is the Board Chair of Mind Body Baby NC, is active in The KNOW Women leadership community, and created two successful seasons of the Parenting Up|Parenting Down podcast.

If you’re in pursuit of consciously living an epic life, Elena’s right there with you.
