Founder and CEO, Leadership For Execs and Relucent Learning, WBC Board Chair

India Gary-Martin is a 25-year veteran of financial services and a member of the Forbes Coaches Council. She has held global C-Suite roles (COO, CIO and CTO) including expatriate assignments in London, Frankfurt, Tokyo and Hong Kong. In her final role at JPMorgan, India was Managing Director & Global Chief Operating Officer for Investment Banking Technology and Operations where she had operational responsibility for 15,000 staff in more than 40 global locations with a multi billion (USD) budget per year.

In her post banking career, India is both a public and private company Non-Executive Director. She is the founder of Leadership For Execs, a multidisciplinary leadership practice that focuses on global C-suite advisory, and also its subsidiary Relucent Learning, an AI and VR enabled selfpaced learning management and content development platform.

India sits on the board of C.Hoare & Co. Private Bank (Chair of Risk), the UK’s oldest private bank and was recently the Chair of the Board of Travalyst, a sustainable travel company that was founded by Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex India was on the board of publicly traded Euromoney Institutional Investor and was a part of the team to sell it to private equity. She has held several not-for-profit chair and board roles.

A staunch advocate of women in business, India is the former Chair of City Women’s Network in London and is the founder of The ACT3 Convening – a solutions-oriented convening for women in midlife juggling life transitions with career.

India was named “Entrepreneur of the Year” by NAFE (US) and was also named one of the 50 top businesswomen in Europe. She is formerly on the coaching faculty at Georgetown University, instructor faculty at Howard University, and guest lecturer at Temple University in Japan. She attended Spelman College and London Business School and lives in the D.C. Metro area with her husband, 3 kids and 2 dogs.
