Her portfolio includes 26 funded companies—24 of them founded by women—and over $10 million deployed to women-led startups. Through Golden Hour, she’s not only championing founders but also reshaping the investor landscape to be more inclusive, strategic, and empowering.
Previously with the Philadelphia Eagles, Johnson & Johnson, and Merrill Lynch, Kelley blends operational rigor with a deep commitment to equity and financial empowerment. She also mentors formerly incarcerated individuals reentering the workforce and advocates for special needs education—further reflecting her belief in second chances and long-term impact.
