Lani Phillips is an award-winning technology executive, and she brings over 25 years’ experience at Microsoft Corporation. Lani currently serves as their Vice President of Channel Sales. Her team supports the strategy and execution supporting customers digital transformation within Microsoft’s partner ecosystem. Over the years, Lani’s developed a reputation for being a transformational leader who is committed to empowering people and driving for results.
Complementing her work in the technology industry, Lani founded the Women Executive Channel Advisory Board (WECAB) comprised of all female executives. They are focused on creating more opportunities for women in the tech industry. She also serves on the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP) D&I Advisory Board. Lani has a passion for inspiring, transforming, and growing leaders. Her passion project is hosting “Modern Mentoring with Lani Phillips,” a digital talk show designed to share wisdom globally and make mentoring accessible for all.
