Lina Klebanov
Lina Klebanov is the Head of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for North America at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), one of the world’s largest IT services and consulting firms. TCS is heavily invested in cross-sector efforts to expand diversity and access to opportunities in the digital economy. Lina has 20 years of experience in CSR, employee engagement, strategic non-profit partnerships and foundation relations gained in the professional services, financial, telecommunications and technology sectors.
Previously, Lina developed and managed the regional community relations strategy focused on STEM programs, Diversity and Inclusion and Digital Literacy at Time Warner Cable. Lina served as the Deputy Director of Marsh & McLennan Companies’ (MMC) Corporate Social Responsibility Department, where she developed their national CSR function, designed and implemented global employee volunteer and grant-making programs. Prior to joining MMC, Lina was a Senior Program Officer at Morgan Stanley where she oversaw employee volunteerism, foundation and corporate grant-making programs and developed the Company’s largest global volunteer initiative.
Lina is a founding member of the Charities@Work Advisory Council, has served on numerous advisory boards focused on youth and education, and holds a Master’s degree in Public and Non-Profit Management from New York University.
