Her entrepreneurial drive has benefitted her own companies as well as other companies in strategic development and compensation plans. She has developed her own IP in compensation plans for direct selling companies. She is Chairman of FINMO, a social impact banking enterprise using financial technology to advance the unbanked or underbanked. She also serves as the CEO of Ruby Ribbon, Inc., a company transforming the lives of women embracing their figure and confidence in everyday shape wear.
