Stefanie Boles is Chief Administrative Officer at NPower, a national technology training organization committed to advancing equity in the tech industry. She joined NPower in 2022 bringing strategic direction and leadership to several areas that underpin NPower’s continued success, including Finance, People and Team Engagement, Data Operations and Analytics, New Market Expansion and Technology Infrastructure. Prior to NPower, Stefanie spent twenty-three years as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer with United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut and United Way of Greater New Haven.
Stefanie has great passion for mentoring and supporting others at all levels of their careers. Stefanie holds a B.S. in Accounting and a M.A. in Executive Leadership from Liberty University. She has proudly been named one of New Haven Business Times’ 20 Noteworthy Businesswomen, is a member of the Wall Street Journal’s CFO Network and Chief and the Women’s Business Collaborative.
