Prior to her entrepreneurial venture at Patriarch Partners, Tilton worked for nine years at investment banking firms Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, and Merrill Lynch. With her own savings, Tilton founded Patriarch Partners in the year 2000 on the investment principle that making money and making the world a better place are not mutually exclusive concepts. Today, Tilton has salvaged over 240 companies and protected over 700,000 American workers from losing their jobs. Tilton’s belief of human capital as the most valuable asset for economic growth and prosperity motivates her each day to lead Patriarch Partners.
