Rachel Stahler is Organon’s Chief Information Officer. She leads business technology for the company to help Organon realize a better and healthier every day for every woman. In her role, Rachel drives digital capabilities across all aspects of Organon’s strategy to build value for the company’s offerings and customers. Rachel joined Organon with two decades of global technology experience in the healthcare industry and a passion for bringing new medicines and solutions to patients in need. Most recently, Rachel served as CIO at Allergan plc, a global pharmaceutical company. Previously, Rachel held CIO positions at Syneos Health, inVentiv Health and Optimer Pharmaceuticals. Earlier in her career, she held senior technology roles at Pfizer, Inc. Rachel serves on the board of directors for NeoGenomics, Inc., a public cancer diagnostics and pharma services company. She received an M.B.A. from Columbia University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
