Launched in 2023, the P3 Team (Purpose, People & Processes) supports select clients in refining their purpose and designing solutions for challenges related to their people. The founder Gerri Mason Hall has a background in over 25 years experience in organizational management and inclusive leadership development focusing on equity and diversity. Her industry experiences include transportation, hospitality and data management. From her experience in the private and public sectors, Hall can quickly access and identify the root causes of talent gaps and has curated a team of experts to intervene with the P3 Team.
