Michael Payne currently serves as SVP and CIO for one of the top ten largest staffing & professional services companies in the United States – ASGN, Inc. Prior to joining ASGN in 2003, Mr. Payne served as VP Development & Deputy CIO at Time Warner where he managed the international technology organization, supporting the recorded music and publishing companies of Warner Music Group. Mr. Payne also served as a member of the CIO council of Time Warner, focusing on post-merger integration and digital product development. At Time Warner, Mr. Payne managed multiple shared service teams, focused on ERP software implementations (Oracle and PeopleSoft) along with digital business development, constructing 1800+ artist websites and pioneering the Digital Supply Chain for music distribution.
