Mark is Managing Vice President of Stability Engineering and Operations. He is responsible for the innovation, delivery and support of tools and processes that enable Capital One’s aggressive stability and technology operations agenda to maximize customer experiences and enhance business growth. Mark joined Capital One in 2003 and has held strategic leadership positions as the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Data Officer of multiple lines of business. In these roles, he delivered innovative customer products and experiences as well as large scale organizational and platform transformations. Prior to joining Capital One, Mark leveraged his technology expertise developing solutions in the Financial Services and Transportation industries with American Airlines, Sabre Travel Network and Citibank. Mark earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from the University of Texas at Arlington.
