Josephine Moran is the EVP, Chief Corporate Services and Consumer Lending Officer at Provident Bank. In her position, Josephine is responsible for the Bank’s residential and consumer lending sales and operations, corporate cash management, investments, government banking, escrow, vendor management and small business. Josephine joined Provident Bank as EVP and Director of Retail Banking in August of 2018. Prior to joining Provident, she served in Executive roles at Webster Bank, Columbia, Santander and Wells Fargo.

Moran is passionate about higher education and giving back and is extremely involved in her alma mater. She is a member of their Board of Governors, serves as Chairperson for the Pompea College of Business Advisory Board and is also the founder and chair of the Women’s Leadership Council.

Josephine was recently named Industry Era’s “Top Ten Women Leaders in 2020”. She has been featured in Entrepreneur Magazine, Independent Banker Magazine, Mid- Atlantic Banking and in Thrive Global’s “Meet the Female Leaders of Finance” Series. Moran holds an Executive MBA from the University of New Haven and an M.S. in Finance and Financial Services. In addition, she holds Series 7 and 63 licenses, and has a CFP certification from Quinnipiac University, Hamden, Conn. In addition, Josephine is a Certified Professional Life Coach.
