Natasha Lee, Chief Executive Officer, Floyd Lee Locums

Natasha Lee

As CEO of Floyd Lee Locums, Natasha Lee passionately upholds the core values of Floyd Lee Locums, whose primary focus is to revolutionize the healthcare staffing industry by connecting clinicians to purposeful work. A staffing industry veteran since 2001, she has extensive experience starting and growing new businesses, penetrating new markets, and recognizing and developing talent. Her authentic commitment to the industry informs the organization’s key promise of serving those who serve others.

Natasha is passionate about creating a company culture where all employees, partners, and clients feel valued and heard. Her impact and that commitment extends to our organization’s DEI&B efforts, corporate volunteerism program (We Serve), and our internal employee benefits program (We Sustain).

That dedication to others may be why Natasha has been recognized twice on Staffing Industry Analysts’ Global Power 150 Women in Staffing List. In addition to her national recognition, she has been a champion in her home state of South Carolina—being acknowledged as a winner of Charleston Business Magazine’s “Women in Business Award”. Natasha’s influence extends further to being named to Charleston Chamber’s Board of Directors and acts as an executive sponsor for programming and volunteers as a business coach for its Minority Business Accelerator program.

Prior to founding Floyd Lee Locums, Natasha was the chief operating officer of Trinity Healthcare Staffing Group—one of the top nurse staffing companies in the country before its sale in 2017. Before that, she acted as a national director at Weatherby Healthcare and served as a Regional Vice President for Supplemental Health Care.

When not juggling the responsibilities of CEO, Natasha is busy with three active children, one grandchild and three (even more active) dogs with her husband in Charleston, South Carolina. A true Southerner at heart, she enjoys the opportunity to kick back and appreciate time with friends and family.
