Fabrice C Houdart is a human rights and corporate social responsibility specialist with 20 years of experience at the World Bank and the United Nations. He is the Executive Director of the Association of LGBTQ + Corporate Directors and an advisor to Fortune 500 through his consulting firm. He also teaches at Georgetown University and Columbia University on sexual orientation and gender identity in development. He co-founded Koppa, an LGBTQ+ economic development nonprofit.
Fabrice co-authored the United Nations LGBTQ+ Corporate Standards of Conduct for Business while working in the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights at the UN.
He volunteers on the boards of several non-profit organizations, including Outright International, Housing Works, and the IDAHOBIT Committee. He is also an Advisor to SAGE and the Board of Open for Business.
He lives in NYC with his twin ten-eleven-old sons, Eitan and Maxime.
