Francesca Profeta joined Staffing Industry Analysts in January 2011. She was initially part of the European team in an Operations Development role covering many areas, from member services to marketing and international research.

In 2020, she became fully integrated into the Research Team, where she is now a lead analyst for significant markets, including; Japan, Italy, France, Iberia, and Belgium. Her topic specialisms include Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the staffing industry and wider contingent workforce.

Francesca joined SIA from global staffing firms Select Appointments and Vedior.
