Joanie is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience, including executive roles with two of the world’s largest employment firms.
Joanie is the author of Dive In D.E.E.P.: Strategies to Advance Your Career, Find Balance, and Live Your Best Life (Amazon, 2023). She is a contributing author to the book, Together We Rise, which highlights stories of 15 inspiring women pursuing their goals, building confidence, and overcoming adversity. Joanie is Chief Experience Officer (CXO) of Employbridge, the largest industrial staffing company in the U.S. In this executive leadership role, she brings together brand enhancement, public relations, enterprise communications, internal branding, and the company’s Voice of the American Workforce program – largest annual survey of the U.S. hourly workforce – to create a connected internal and external brand experience. Joanie also led RemX, the professional staffing division at Employbridge for seven years. In 2016, she launched RemX Contact Center Solutions, which has become the industry leader in delivering workforce staffing solutions to large U.S. call and contact centers.
Joanie is a strategic thought leader committed to delivering exceptional service and value to customers and temporary associates. Prior to joining Employbridge, she held executive leadership roles including Senior Vice President, Global Market Insights for Monster, Senior Vice President and Chief Employment Analyst for Randstad, and Senior Vice President at Adecco.
Joanie has served as on the Board of Directors of the American Staffing Association (ASA) for the past five years, and beginning in October 2023, she will lead the organization as Board Chair. She has been recognized as one of the “Most Powerful Women in Staffing” by Staffing Industry Analysts for six consecutive years (2016-2022) and was the recipient of the World Staffing Summit Award in 2021.
