Under Justina’s leadership, IBM is committed to skill 30 million people worldwide by 2030, creating opportunities for underrepresented communities through IBM SkillsBuild. Justina also serves as IBM’s Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) focal point and launched IBM’s Sustainability Accelerator to support communities especially vulnerable to climate change.
