Lauren Herring

Pioneer and career/life transition support, psychologist Laura Herring is founder of IMPACT Group. Drawing from her personal experiences with relocation as a child and As a licensed Psychologist in private practice, she founded IMPACT Group in 1988 and created an industry supporting families in the midst of corporate relocation that eventually became a global leader in relocation support, Outplacement and now talent development. Under her leadership, IMPACT Group grew to be recognized as the #323 Fastest growing company on the Inc. 500 list in 2009. Since her retirement in 2009, Laura has continued to serve as chair emeritus for IMPACT Group and has also completed an Amazon best-selling book called No Fear Allowed: A story of guts, perseverance, and Making an Impact

Laura is a member of the prestigious C200, an organization of the top women CEOs. In 2018 Laura received the Visionary Award from Webster University for her contributions to the University. Currently she focuses her time coaching CEOs on how to grow their business and is involved in many community activities, especially helping grow Women Business Collaborative.

Laura is a two time breast cancer survivor and spends a good portion of her time raising money for Siteman Cancer Center in St. Louis Missouri and Webster University.

Laura lives in St. Petersburg Florida and St. Louis with her husband of 52 years, James Michael Herring. They spend their time traveling, reading, and being grandparents to Kennedy and Luca.
