Melissa Adams is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience, currently responsible for leading global supplier diversity with UPS.  In this role, she is responsible for leading the company’s supplier diversity strategies for growing small and diverse spend, as well as overseeing its implementation across all business units. She is also responsible for developing the UPS supplier sustainability strategy.

Throughout her career, Melissa has been a champion for diversity, helping to create economic opportunities for small and diverse businesses by realizing return from the investment. She is a member of several industry associations and sits on the board of directors of several non-profit organizations dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in business.

In her spare time, Melissa enjoys traveling, volunteering in her community, and mentoring young professionals. She is committed to making a positive impact in the world and helping others achieve their full potential.
