As a global executive officer, led and developed Primo’s Global Strategy, M&A and divestiture negotiations. Romero and has also led global strategies and M&A efforts for Campari, Diageo, Starbucks, Clorox and Teva.

Diversity/Equity/Inclusion and Culture Transformation: 

Led the Latino and Women in Supply diversity programs in Diageo and the Institute for Supply Management (ISM). Co-developed a program for Women in supply chain and for women of color that serves as an example to other industries/director networks. Speaker in several events (ISM, NMSDC, WBENC, Procurement Leaders, LCDA, WCD, etc.) sharing her experience advancing in supply, procurement/sourcing and board career. Digital Transformations/Cyber security: 

Successfully led and implemented global spend analytics and digital transformations for Diageo, Campari and recently for Primo Water. Built a strategy for the total overhaul of our current global digital platforms, improving cyber security and mitigating cyber risks, bringing best of breed to Primo’s Global operation. Supported the development of Cyber Risk Management strategies, from prevention to crisis management.
