She is a proven problem solver with a unique ability to find, assess and fix information security vulnerabilities across a variety of industries. She has secured and improved technical operations for companies like AWS, AIG, Aetna, Bank of America, PepsiCo and Verizon Communications. In addition, she established the Women Leaders in the Cloud (WLIC) with the Executive Women’s Forum reaching engagement of 100 members and executive training curriculum. Mignona holds her Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern State University specializing in Computer and Information Systems and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish. She received her Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University in Shreveport, Louisiana. She is currently the SVP, Chief Security Officer at NetApp and sits on multiple advisory boards.
