Ramon Laguarta is the Chairman and CEO of PepsiCo, one of the world’s leading food and beverage companies, with products enjoyed by consumers in more than 200 countries and territories. In 2021, PepsiCo generated $79 billion in net revenue, with many iconic brands generating more than $1 billion each in estimated annual retail sales.
As Chairman and CEO, Ramon has steered the company toward accelerated growth and embraced a new corporate mission—to Create More Smiles with Every Sip and Every Bite—and vision for PepsiCo: to Be the Global Leader in Beverages and Convenient Foods by Winning with PepsiCo Positive (pep+). pep+ is PepsiCo’s strategic end-to-end transformation that places sustainability and human capital at the center of how the company creates growth and value by operating within planetary boundaries and inspiring positive change for the planet and people.

Ramon was appointed CEO in October 2018 and has been part of the PepsiCo family for more than 25 years, spanning multiple roles and geographies. He is a native of Barcelona, Spain, and he and his wife, Maria, are the proud parents of three sons.
