Sandra Quince is the Business Enablement and Leader on Loan Program Executive responsible for leading business operations across Workforce Development and Arts & Heritage while also serving as Program Executive for Leader on Loan Program. 

Sandra Quince is a co-chair and board member for Paradigm for Parity. Her previous role was the Chief Executive Officer for Paradigm for Parity responsible for leading all elements of P4P’s strategic plan, financial, programmatic, and operational performance of the organization. She worked with the coalition’s co-chairs and Board of Directors to oversee and execute the organization’s strategic vision and growth plan. 

Sandra has over 15 years of HR and diversity, equity and inclusion experience with Bank of America.

She has been featured in Essence, CEOWORLD Magazine and Fast Company and interviewed on FinTech TV, BBC and Bloomberg Radio to name a few. She is also a featured leader in the newly released book Women Mean Business.

Sandra serves the community through her contributions on several boards.
