Tracy Michelle León is the Director of Talent Demand at the Latino Corporate Directors Association (LCDA). Before joining the LCDA mission, she worked as a Search Associate at Koya Partners, Diversified Search Group. She led the Hispanic/Latino Affinity Group and worked with senior firm leaders to identify and recruit top talent in the nonprofit space; notable clients include Color Of Change, the Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation, and the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation. First exposed to executive search at Russell Reynolds, she worked on market research in the MedTech sector, supported the Assessment, Culture, and Development Practice, and co-wrote thought leadership on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. Her commitment to DEIB led to her co-leading the Hispanic/Latino Inclusion Network and partnering on the inaugural Hispanic+ Corporate Directors Conference.
León has centered her career on amplifying representation and leadership. Before executive search, she was in the Virtual Student Federal Service (VSFS) under the U.S. Department of State. While with VSFS, she profiled officials from underrepresented backgrounds to reach a wider recruitment pool. Earlier in her career, she supported the talent of the Latin Grammy-winning, multicultural, all-female band Flor De Toloache.
Outside of work, she enjoys keeping up with her favorite podcasts and periodically escaping from New York City.
