Doris has four decades of financial and executive management experience. Prior to joining Wilmington Trust in 2016, she served as president of U.S. Markets for BNY Mellon Wealth Management, was managing director of the New York office of Bernstein Global Wealth Management, and founded and headed the Private Banking and Investment Group at Merrill Lynch.
Doris holds a master’s degree in finance and marketing from The University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Smith College. She is also on the board of the Museum of the City of New York and is a member of two preeminent women’s organizations: the Committee of 200, where she is the former chair of the Northeast Region; and The Women’s Forum of New York, where she served as president. In addition, she is a member of the Economic Club of New York. Doris and her husband, Gil, reside in New York City and East Hampton, NY with their twin daughters.
