Jennifer Martineau
Jennifer Martineau is the president and founder of Leap & Inspire Global. Organizations and societies are best informed by diversity of experience, thought, and practice, which is only possible when systems, processes, and cultures are inclusive and based in equitable practices. Jennifer’s passion is in helping organizations do the hard work required to become inclusive and equitable, and helping individuals in traditionally underrepresented groups identify and break through the barriers they confront in their leadership journeys. Prior to forming Leap & Inspire Global, Jennifer was senior vice president of Research, Evaluation, & Societal Advancement at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). With Portia Mount, she recently co-authored Kick Some Glass: Ten Ways Women Succeed at Work on Their Own Terms, which aims to empower women to break through their proverbial glass ceilings and move toward understanding and attainment of their unique definitions of success. She sponsored CCL’s strategy for equity, diversity, and inclusion, including building new services for clients and new internal practices at CCL. Jennifer holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University, is a TEDx speaker and frequent keynote speaker, and has appeared on Channel News Asia, ABS-CBN News TV, and People Matters Online.
