Kat Gabrielle

Kat Gabrielle builds the access she once sought but could not find. A three-time founder, she founded The Well Work in 2020 and grew it into a community of more than 70,000 founders, facilitating hundreds of millions in funding for people who were told the money was never meant for them.

Her work lives where capital meets community. She has designed and led programs for Google, Spelman College, Goldman Sachs, and StartOut, and has worked with Braze, Justworks, Meta, Morgan Stanley, DoorDash, Promise Venture Studio, and Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors to put resources directly into founders’ hands. This year she turned her own playbook on itself, using AI to build a funding platform for the community she spent six years growing.

Newly rooted in Brooklyn after years between New York and Europe, Kat gives founders the full picture: positioning, go-to-market, and capital, whether she is advising one-on-one or building programs that reach thousands.
