Kelley Arena

Kelley Arena is the founder of Golden Hour Ventures and co-founder of Halo, a next-generation investment platform launched in 2026.
She began her career at a professional football franchise (go Eagles!), rotated through operating companies at Johnson & Johnson, and worked as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch before moving into venture capital.

At Golden Hour Ventures, Kelley invests in early-stage consumer and consumer technology brands, with a portfolio of 26 companies—22 of them women-founded.

She leads content and education at Dream Ventures Accelerator, where she demystifies the fundraising process for early-stage consumer founders.

Kelley is also co-founder of HALO, a community connecting angel investors and the angel curious to curated deal flow, angel investing education, and like-minded community of co-investors. HALO help consumers access the cap tables of their favorite brands, at accessible check sizes.

Kelley is a mother of two, advocate for students with special needs, and regular volunteer mentoring formerly incarcerated people reentering the workforce.

Her portfolio includes 26 funded companies—24 of them founded by women—and over $10 million deployed to women-led startups. Through Golden Hour, she’s not only championing founders but also reshaping the investor landscape to be more inclusive, strategic, and empowering.

Previously with the Philadelphia Eagles, Johnson & Johnson, and Merrill Lynch, Kelley blends operational rigor with a deep commitment to equity and financial empowerment. She also mentors formerly incarcerated individuals reentering the workforce and advocates for special needs education—further reflecting her belief in second chances and long-term impact.

Kelley’s north star is simple: help women unlock wealth, power, and possibility—starting with ownership and access.
