Natalie McGrady
Natalie McGrady is a well-rounded Strategic Sourcing Professional with expertise in Indirect Sourcing Process, Tools, and Technology Applications. Natalie is a graduate of Hampton University and holds a degree in Accounting. Today, Natalie is leading Cargill’s Global Supplier Diversity efforts by working to bring sustainable, repeatable world-class processes to Cargill.
At Cargill, Natalie works with Internal Stakeholders to develop short and long-term strategies related to Growth, Inclusion and Advocacy for Diverse Suppliers. Part of her responsibilities are to manage key relationships with external sources that help to enhance Cargill’s program as well as engage with Industry Peers. Furthermore, she is partnering with Cargill’s Global Inclusion & Diversity Team and Corporate Affairs to align workforce, community, and supplier efforts.
Before joining the Cargill and Supplier Diversity, Natalie worked for several companies leading Sourcing and Procurement Categories. She has led Indirect Sourcing at Corning, Inc, Pentair, and Deluxe as well as worked in Sourcing Systems and Tools at Winn-Dixie Stores. With these companies, Natalie learned valuable lessons around strategy development, stakeholder management and leadership.
Externally Natalie is active with the National Minority Supplier Development Council on a National and Regional basis. She is the 2nd Vice Chairman of the North Central Minority Supplier Diversity Council, Board Chair of the Business Consortium Fund, and an active member of WEConnect International’s Corporate Membership Committee. Outside of her professional role, Natalie serves as the MEDA Board and Chairs the Fund Development Committee on the Hennepin Healthcare Foundation Board both headquartered in Minneapolis, MN.
Personally, Natalie is married to William Wiley and they have three adult children (Ella, Chris and Charles), beautiful granddaughter Charlie along with two labs (Luna and Tyson). In her spare time, she loves to spend time with family and friends.
