Rashmi Chaturvedi

Rashmi Chaturvedi is the Co-founder and President of Kaygen, a minority-women owned company  comprised of a team of experienced technologists. Established in 2003 to offer talent solutions  and technology consulting to clients worldwide, she focuses on helping businesses in all areas of  digital transformation. Kaygen, which is notably derived from the Japanese word, kaizen, means  continuous improvement. Providing services that not only create efficiencies but also allow for a  more sustainable, competitive advantage in the marketplace is the mission of Kaygen. 

Ms. Chaturvedi attributes more than 25 years of expertise to her industry, prior to forming Kaygen  Inc., she was leading business transformation initiatives for The Walt Disney Company for more  than a decade and she held several leading roles with Nextel Communications Inc. 

Recognized for her efforts as an advocate for women and equality in the workplace, Ms.  Chaturvedi has served her local community as a Los Angeles/Orange County forum chair, and  board member on behalf of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council -WBENC and  WBEC-West since 2016. She is also a mentor to young girls interested in pursuing technology and  engineering fields on behalf of The WBENC Collegiate Accelerator program and The Young  Entrepreneurs program. Known for her contributions as a civic-minded citizen, Ms. Chaturvedi has  been serving as a financial and compliance officer for the Transportation Business Advisory  Council at Los Angeles Metro since 2019. 

Rashmi’s honors and awards include “Top 50 Women Leaders of Los Angeles for 2022” by  Women We Admire, “Top 40 Women Owned Business” by Orange County Business Journal, “2020  Outstanding CEO’s by WE USA magazine, “2020 Women Business Enterprise STAR”, “2018  Enterprising Woman of the Year Champion”, and “Women Who Rock”. 

She is a graduate of Narsee Monjee college of Commerce and Economics in Bombay, India  with a bachelor’s in business and a master’s in computer applications. She is an adept learner and  has taken certificate and degree programs in Women’s Entrepreneurship at Cornell University,  Robert Half Leadership development program, Dell Women in Technology program, Wells Fargo  Business growth program, Toyota Mentorship program, Human resources management at UCI  and Management development for Entrepreneurs at UCLA Anderson school of Management.
