Terry has over 40 years of leadership, senior management, and board experience, encompassing leading asset-based lending and factoring businesses. He also built and ran a bank unit lending to the asset-based lending industry for 15 years, then spent a decade as a consultant and investment banker.

From May of 2022 to May of 2025, he served as CEO of Access Capital, a commercial finance firm and the nation’s leading independent lender to the staffing industry. Before Access, he served as President of Accord Financials’ US Asset Finance unit from March 2014 to June 2021.

He has successfully navigated development and transformations throughout his career, leading businesses through growth, restructuring, and market expansion. He has a background spanning commercial banking, investment banking, consulting, and leadership roles in publicly traded and privately held organizations.

In addition to executive leadership, Terry has extensive experience in board governance, serving on and advising boards of directors across multiple industries. His board work has included for-profit and non-profit organizations, contributing to corporate governance, financial structuring, leadership development, risk management, and business development.

Terry is active in various industry associations. He is also an active member of the Secured Finance Network, serving on its Industry Data Committee and DEI Committee and leading its Mentoring Program., as well as serving on the Board of the New York Chapter and serves on the Board of the New York Institute of Credit, and is active with Association for Corporate Growth and Turnaround Management Association. Additionally, he serves on the National Council of the College of Business of Valparaiso University, his alma mater.

Terry is a frequent speaker at conferences, participates in webinars and industry panels, and has authored articles on capital formation, succession planning, benchmarking, business development, and operational best practices, as well as contributed to books on topics such as Middle Market Mergers and Acquisitions.
