Vanessa Zaragocin is the Consumer Client Journey and Controls Executive for Bank of America.
In this role, Zaragocin is responsible for the integration of the Consumer Client Journey Program in Retail, Preferred & Small Business organizations. The program is a coordinated effort that leverages Operational Excellence disciplines, existing process and data to improve client experience and simplify the operating environment.
Prior to her role at Bank of America, Zaragocin spent 22 years at Citi. She led various strategic initiatives across Product Transformation, Operational Risk & Control, Anti-Money Laundering and Automation Transformation. She has extensive financial center and regulatory experience.
Zaragocin is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Economics and Political Science. She was born in Ecuador and currently in Brooklyn, NY with Choco-her lab/pit pup.
