Gretchen W. McClain has built a distinguished career across various industries, leveraging her engineering background and experience in leadership roles. She is currently the Chairman of the Management Board and CEO of CP Kelco U.S., Inc., a leader in innovative ingredient solutions. McClains career began in the aerospace sector, where she served as Deputy Associate Administrator for Space Development at NASA. She also worked at Honeywell Aerospace, overseeing global initiatives.
In 2011, McClain became the founding President and CEO of Xylem, a global water technology company that focuses on addressing global water challenges. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in modernizing water infrastructure. McClains background also includes leadership positions at ITT Fluid Technology Corporation and various directorship roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and Ametek, Inc. She holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Utah and has remained an advocate for technology and infrastructure development across her career?
