As the chief data officer of PNC Financial Services Group Inc., Letcher oversees operations designed to make sure PNC’s digital information is correct and up-to-date and utilizes databases to create new service solutions for the company. Letcher started at PNC in 1990 in the finance division, eventually becoming the controller for the credit risk area. But after a year, she decided to move to the technology side of the business. After stints at Wachovia and Wells Fargo, she returned to PNC to work in risk management and was then elevated to her current position. She also serves on PNC’s Corporate Diversity Council, and participated in the design and execution of a campaign launched this year to broaden PNC’s diversity employment. She received her Bachelors in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh.
