Jae Sook Evans is the CIO at Oracle. She is responsible for driving the execution, technical direction, and cloud migration strategy for Oracle Information Technology. Previous to this role, she was the SVP, Global Infrastructure Engineering and Operations at Walmart. Jae spent 20+ years building and leading global technology teams that deliver world-class, highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure and services. Jae has seen the powerful impact cloud technology has on industries including telecommunications, online gaming, retail and e-commerce, and am eager to share this experience with anyone looking for ideas or advice. She is passionate about bringing diversity and inclusion to the workplace. Jae is the executive sponsor of DE&I for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and served as a leader and champion in various industry organizations focused on DE&I. Jae received her bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara and her MBA from Golden Gate University.
