Julia Anderson joined Campbell in January 2022 as Chief Technology and Information Officer. Julia leads Campbell’s enterprise-wide information technology (IT) strategy, ensuring integration with the company’s strategic plan and business strategy. This includes digital workplace services, IT platforms and architecture, cybersecurity, business analytics, and critical IT transformation projects. Prior to Campbell, Julia worked at Smithfield Foods, where she was responsible for the strategic planning, oversight and global operation of all information systems and technology functions, including the large-scale integration of the company’s Fresh Pork and Packaged Meats divisions. Before Smithfield, she spent two years as Vice President of Global Applications and CIO, North America, at HJ Heinz. She also was Senior Global Director of IT at PepsiCo and spent 16 years with Kraft Foods as they merged with Nabisco. She started her career with Baxter Healthcare, supporting the integration of American Hospital Supply. Julia earned her Bachelor of Science in information science and business administration from Northeastern Illinois University.
