Nancy Rolph is the Vice President & Chief Security Officer at Colgate-Palmolive. Nancy’s tenure at Colgate-Palmolive is over a decade long. Nancy is a retired Foreign Service Offcier with the rank of Minister Counselor. Before taking on her role as Chief Security Officer, Global Security and Business Continuity, Nancy was based in Greece, Zambia, and Italy. Nancy is a United States Army veteran. She holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Calfiornia Los Angeles.
