Tali Bray is Executive Vice President, Technology Diversity, Community, & Sustainability and serves on the Technology Leadership Team. She leads a global team with a focus on people strategy, cultural transformation, and sustainability to enable Wells Fargo Technology’s multi-year modernization transformation, to build trust within the communities we serve, and to ensure our growth as an employer of choice. Core to this are workforce and marketplace practices anchored in an inclusive culture, a future of work strategy and location strategies prioritizing talent-rich markets with a focus on sustainability practices. With more than 25 years of innovation-focused technology and operations experience, Tali’s commitment to leading organizational change and championing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion has been a cornerstone of her career. She has worked within financial services and technology sectors spanning early growth start-ups to large-scale enterprise organizations influencing measurable change. Prior to her current role, Tali was Wells Fargo’s Tech for Tech CIO during which she led the creation of the technology strategy, service-based architecture and implementation of technology for Tech for Tech portfolio. Tali is a board member of the GLBT Historical Society of San Francisco and the World Institute on Disability. She is an Advisory Board member for Lesbians Who Tech and Women Business Collaborative. Tali earned a Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University. Based in San Francisco, Tali lives with her two daughters and a menagerie of pets.
