Action Initiatives

To propel women forward, we have united more that 80+ leading women’s organizations around four essential Action Initiatives and have established a permanent working group for each. Interwoven into every initiative is our call for inclusivity, diversity, and equality for all women, including women of color and the LGBQTIA+ communities.

Each of the four working groups is represented by WBC founding partners, Board members and Advisory and Leaders councils. Working collaboratively, each group develops and drives goals and strategies; while Action Initiative chairs track progress, drive execution and report results.
