Brett Taylor

Brett Taylor is the Senior Director of Programs for the Women Business Collaborative.  Previously, he was the Chief Member Engagement Officer at The Executives’ Club of Chicago where he was responsible for the strategy, execution, and oversight of The Club’s member engagement and leadership development programming.  In this capacity, he also led the HRMAC Institute at Exec Club Chicago, a series of programming focused on the talent and organizational management function in organizations.

Brett’s experience in the nonprofit sector spans a variety of disciplines including organizational development, strategy, and partnerships. In addition to his work at the Executives’ Club of Chicago, he has previously worked with organizations such as Chicago Children’s Museum, Chicago Creative Group, Roosevelt University and DePaul University where he taught Intercultural Communications as an adjunct professor in the College of Communication.  He is also the former Managing Director of Quest Theatre Ensemble, a free public access theatre company where he managed the company’s executive and program operations.

Brett earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Musical Theatre from the Chicago College of Performing Arts and a Master’s Degree in Organizational and Multicultural Communication with a concentration in Training and Development from DePaul University.
