Hannah is a Fortune 500 C-suite executive with more than 20 years of experience leading change management, marketing strategy, digital, client experience, culture, reputation, crisis communications and brand initiatives. A dual UK/US citizen, she has deep knowledge of regulatory and governance matters and experience operating in international markets.
Hannah is currently Senior Advisor to State Street (NYSE: STT), having recently retired after 22 years with the Company including 12 as its Chief Marketing Officer. In this capacity, Hannah led teams supporting revenue growth and institutional client acquisition and retention with responsibilities including strategy, client onboarding, digital marketing, client experience, brand and reputation management. She was also a member of State Street’s Management Committee, its senior-most strategy and policymaking team and served on the Company’s Business Conduct and Risk and Conduct Standards Committees.
A longstanding champion of diversity, Hannah was executive sponsor of State Street Pride, the Company’s LGBTQ employee network; executive sponsor of its Asian Professional Alliance; a founder a sponsorship program for senior women, and an advisory board member for the Professional Women’s Network.
Hannah has been named to American Banker’s “Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking” in 2017 through 2020; to OUTstanding’s top LGBTQ allies for the past five years; and to the HERoes Champions of Women in Business lists of female role models helping to increase gender diversity.
