I have been in the IT industry for 35 years working for a defense contractor, with the bulk of my years spent as a Director of UPS IT with a focus on developing many systems to automate the workflow within the UPS small package fleet. As well as build navigation and optimization systems bringing hundreds of thousands of dollars of savings annually.I have also been involved in the development of the UPS IT job descriptions and Standards Practice Manual for developers.I have been involved in the UPS Women’s Leadership Development BRG since it began over a decade ago, and have been an active member of the mentor community within UPS.
