Meghan Juday
Speaker, author, and family business and corporate governance advocate, Meghan Juday, understands what helps family businesses thrive and survive and makes it her mission to share this know-how with the family business community. The enthusiastic champion for family businesses draws on her experience as a fourth-generation leader and Chairman of the Board at IDEAL Industries, a 105-year-old family business in its fifth generation of ownership. Meghan has vast experience speaking and moderating events and as a panelist, podcaster, and keynote speaker. The published author sits on the editorial board and, as a contributor to NACD Private Company Directorship, contributes and sits on the editorial board for Family Business Magazine and writes for Private Director and Family Business Magazine and other publications. Her consultant work focuses on family and corporate governance. Meghan served as the director of the family business center at St. Joseph’s University and founded The Lodis Forum, a peer group for female board chairs.
