Todd Popham is the President of Popham & Associates, a professional services firm located in Maryland. The mission of Popham & Associates is to build generous leaders and healthy organizations. Todd provides small business and non-profit consulting, executive coaching, and leadership training to clients across the United States. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Todd was a senior leader at State Farm Insurance serving in multiple roles in seven United States locations. His areas of expertise include leadership development, strategy, human resources, and governance. Todd is also an award-winning instructor and author, publishing Five Minutes to Lead and the monthly “Generous Leader” newsletter. He is currently a graduate school instructor and Executive Coach in the EMBA program at Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. Todd has been a long-time advocate of gender equity initiatives, including ten years of board service with ATHENA International and coaching women in the private and non-profit sectors.
